Practices

Sovereign Compute Packages: We assemble and deliver compute at national scale for frontier AI companies and nation-states. Powered land, data centers, the GPUs to fill them, and the capital behind them, structured as a single package. No single site, supplier, or counterparty is ever the line the whole thing rests on.
Equity-for-Compute: We convert strategic capital into dedicated infrastructure. Investors fund the compute a company needs to build, and take a position in what they finance. Capital and compute, structured as one transaction.
Primary & Secondary Placements: We open access to ownership in the world’s most consequential private technology companies, primary and secondary. Positions structured and documented as the investor’s own, not a fund’s stake once removed.
